RIL's subsidiary Reliance Life Sciences is all set to start a state-of-the-art biotech sub-city and a medi sub-city in Haryana. The medi sub-city will come up on 500 hectares of land, and the biotech sub-city on 600 hectares. Both will be a part of Mukesh Ambani's SEZ in the state.
