It's pouring gloom in Delhi for developers, as investors exit the market. Consumers are delaying buying decisions due to high interest rates and that's showing up in the first quarter results. Analysts feel DLF and Unitech may be able to take the heat because of scale and ability to raise funds. But the plight of other developers in the north is evident. Most of whom had great listings over the last 2 years. Some are playing it down.
