India Cements’ Q2 results would have been much better had it not been for the higher fuel costs, especially in Andhra Pradesh, says V.M. Mohan, joint president-corporate finance. As its power capacity comes on stream early next year, the hope is that at least the Andhra Pradesh capacity would be power sufficient, he adds.
