Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has some advice for the corporate India's best paid stars, take a pay cut and share the gains. However, that's not all, the Prime Minister has talked tough about cartels that kept profits and prices high, referring, perhaps indirectly to sectors like cement whose high prices has been targeted by the government.
