Oil prices to stabilise: Saudi oil minister

Saudi Arabia's Oil Minister Ali Ibrahim Al Naimi has said that oil prices are likely to stabilize between $40-60. Al Naimi controls 40 per cent of globally traded oil and a quarter of the world's oil reserves. He spoke to NDTV about the global oil market ahead of OPEC's extraordinary meeting in Vienna.
