Oil blooms amidst global gloom
Oil is seeing its largest dollar decline since 1991. It's down 7 per cent from its peak of $147 and since Tuesday, it has slipped over 5 per cent. All thanks to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, who expects high inflation to hit global growth.
