Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited's (BSNL) plans of coming out with an IPO might just be on the cards. However, it is upto the government to decide whether BSNL will be listed. Sometime back, the government had asked BSNL to give its views on a possible stake dilution of between 5-10 per cent. The IPO route was one of the options that was to be considered.
