Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan says that health and happiness are both rooted in cleanliness. "I request each and everyone out there to dedicate at least an hour in a week towards #SwachhIndia", he says, adding that people must instill in themselves habits and morals of cleanliness.
