Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar's Hindi letter to Tathagata Satpathy, Lok Sabha MP from Odisha, has put the Hindi imposition debate in focus again. Mr Satpathy replied to the minister in Odiya saying he doesn't understand Hindi and would like a letter in English or Odiya. Is the Centre forcing Hindi on non-Hindi states?
