Another hike in petrol prices?

IOC, India's biggest fuel provider, wants about a Re 1 and 30 paisa hike, barely weeks after a steep Rs 5 one. It says it's still losing hundreds of crores a day. Theoretically oil companies are free to hike prices but realistically wait for the government's nod, like last time they waited until the elections were over.
