Manipur's child 'soldiers': Dropping out of school to pick up guns

Rebel outfits in the North-East, losing popular support, are plucking out children barely in their teens and arming them. Some reports say there are 600 child soldiers in Manipur which has a school dropout rate of 64 per cent.
