On Wisdom of Leaders with Captain Raghu Raman, meet Vikas Manhas, a man on a mission. He has met over 500 families of soldiers who have died protecting the nation over the last two decades. Every year he spends over eleven months going to the homes of brave men and women who died in the line of duty to pay his respects. We try to find out why Vikas seeks those who have been bereaved and, in the process, learn some of the most valuable lessons in leadership on how to handle loss and grief.
