"The upcoming elections will be in the end of 2023 or early 2024, by that time this should get over, we should have money, when we have no money, not only dollars, we've no rupees. The 21st Amendment will be passed by the Parliament but it does not call for the elections," said Sri Lanka Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
