Will Team Anna's party achieve what movement couldn't?

Before ending its fast in Delhi, Team Anna announced its forming a political party which will contest elections. Anna Hazare, 75, said he will not run for office, but will support his aides. It was Arvind Kejriwal who elaborated on what the new party would stand for - transparency, better education, secularism, the poor farmer but also said if the government agrees to urgently pass the anti-corruption Lokpal Bill and introduce electoral reforms, Team Anna would cancel its plans.
