Democratic Vice-Presidential nominee Kamala Harris's uncle said she has been able to mobilise the young and energise the minority communities in a far more substantive manner than Joe Biden alone could have done. "Her impact on the minorities and the youth will be very high for a long time to come, whether she wins or loses," G Balachandran told NDTV. He said Ms Harris and her mother were close to hum, adding that what is relevant right now is who will lead the United States for the next four years.
