Jairam eases “go, no go” classification

After a lot of flip flops, environment minister Jairam Ramesh has finally eased the go, no go classification. That increases the number of coal blocks that can now be mined. But the coal ministry says that it is still a long way before coal production can reach levels that will address the concerns of the power sector.
