'Vande Mataram' To Be Sung From Red Fort For The First Time Ever On Independence Day
In a historic first, the National Song 'Vande Mataram' will be sung from the ramparts of the Red Fort as part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations. The Defence Ministry has announced that the iconic rendition will take place on August 15, marking the first time the national song will be performed from the historic venue during Independence Day celebrations.
