Uttar Pradesh Exempts Hybrid Cars From Registration Fee

As per sources to NDTV, UP has waived the registration fee on Hybrid cars...while we have seen auto majors and in particular the manufacturers of Hybrid cars react positively to this what does this move mean for Hybrid car sales in the near-term and long-term and what does it mean for prices going forward - is this then a message to other states to promote green mobility.
