US trade gap widened, jobless claim numbers were flat on Thursday. Coty Inc has sweetened the bid for Avon and now has legendary investor Warren Buffett by its side. Fourth quarter sales for Cisco fell short of market estimates and the stock slipped sharply. The Microfinance bill has been cleared by the cabinet, the sector will have a regulator, a move that is welcomed by the largest microfinance company in India.
