A law student who alleged she was raped by BJP's Chinmayanand has been taken by the Uttar Pradesh Police for questioning after she was charged with extortion, sources in the state police have said. She was going to a local court in UP's Shahjahanpur to hear her application for protection from arrest when the police intercepted her and took her away for questioning, sources said.
