The U.S.-Iran war may be pausing, but Donald Trump is already looking ahead. And his words this week have set off alarm bells across the world. Trump said it himself: the U.S. military is resting and looking at other conquests — Greenland, Cuba. Two targets, one sweeping ambition.
Trump called Greenland a, quote, poorly run piece of ice, and reignited his push to take it over. Greenland fired back, saying it is, quote, not some piece of ice.
On Cuba, Trump went further, saying he could do anything he wants with it, and predicts America will have the, quote, honour of taking Cuba. The guns may be going quiet in Iran, but Trump's ambitions are just getting started. NDTV World's Gaurie Dwivedi decodes.
