Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah rejected a top army commander's remark that the Union Territory is past the stage of uneasy calm. "You (BJP government) have a highly alienated population in Kashmir, a large number of youngsters are ready to join ranks of militants. The seething anger is still there (in Kashmir). If we have passed the stage of seething anger as it is being said, then flip the switch and turn 4G connections on," the leader said.
