The two big online stories today were of the AAP and BJP followers on social media carrying out a political war of words on social media. #violentBJP and #naxalAAP became the top trends through the day on Twitter as both sides tweeted their version of the political showdown between party workers on the streets. The other big story was the outrage on social media against the slapping of sedition charges on the 67 Kashmiri students by the UP government for cheering for Pakistan when they won the match against India on Sunday.
