Deeksha Singh, Assistant Editor in a news company and Noor Zahira, Freelance journalist, who featured in Dove's Stop The Beauty Test film joined the telethon to share their experience of discrimination and how they were made to feel inferior because of their birth mark or complexion since childhood. Ms Zahira said that it almost felt like your capability, education and qualifications don't matter when it comes to finding a life partner and all that matters is looks. Ms Singh added that women need to realise their worth and not fall for the thought process that their self-worth is dependent on man's acceptance of their looks.
