Musician Shantanu Moitra at the 12-hour #SwasthyaMantra telethon discussed his experience from when he spent 100 days in the Himalayas in 2016. Mr Moitra says that he was shook with the amount of respect people had towards co-existing with the nature there. He also shared an anecdote of a young girl whom he met, who considered her pet animals and plants as equally important family members as her parents. The value of our 'Kullad ki chai' is not only romantic but very eco-friendly, Mr Moitra said, as he urged to adopt environment friendly alternatives.
