Seema Sirohi, mother of a 22-year-old who died last Diwali while cleaning a Delhi Jal Board sewage pipe, opens up about the troubling and shameful reality of this profession. He was asphyxiated by the toxic gases in the pipe. And he wasn't even wearing a basic mask.
