As Covid Cases Spike, Tamil Nadu Announces Tough Curbs
Tamil Nadu has announced a night curfew from tonight and a total lockdown on Sunday. This comes amid sharp rise in Covid cases. On Wednesday, the state recorded 4,862 cases, up by 78 per cent. Chennai's tally rose by 66 per cent with 2,481 cases.
