Jay Shah, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), told news agency ANI that Sourav Ganguly has not resigned as BCCI president. Speculations started about Ganguly's future in the position after he posted a cryptic tweet about starting "something that I feel will probably help a lot of people."
