The communal clashes in Muzaffarnagar have now claimed 31 lives. Two days on, the violence continues and Opposition parties gun for Akhilesh Yadav's government to be removed and President's Rule to be imposed. As questions are raised, the state government blames social media for escalating the communal tension. But others say the situation is simply the Samajwadi Party's 'inability' to control the situation both online as well as offline. We discuss.
