After government affidavit on a committee of experts to "dispel wrong narrative", the Supreme Court issued a notice to the centre saying that the decision will be taken once the government responds. Justice Surya Kant said that while he doesn't want national security to be compromised, the competent authority may respond to individuals claiming "hacked phones." The court will now hear the matter after 10 days. Is the Supreme Court notice a setback for the government?
