This week, we mark the second anniversary of the tragic gang-rape and murder of the young woman who came to be known as Nirbhaya. But the real tragedy is that even today, there are so many, many Nirbhayas and that doesn't seem to be stopping. Where does the real issue lie? Is it just about laws, is it about their implementation, is it the change in mindset? How do we look at tackling this problem going forward? Joining me in the discussion are former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, Additional Solicitor General Pinky Anand, Atishi Marlena of the Aam Aadmi Party and author Kishwar Desai.
