No trade war yet between US and China: Lionel Barber

In an exclusive interview with NDTV's Anjana Menon, Lionel Barber, editor of Financial Times, says the world is seeing a secular shift of power from West to the East that is slow and steady rebalancing of world economy. He also adds that a good portion of China-US currency war is serious and some of it is rhetoric.
