Living a boisterous lifestyle, which is full of stress and pressure, is making kids very rigid. Yoga definitely improves health, not just physically but it also affects mental stamina and resilience. The practice is not only limited to Indians today, and people from various parts of the world are excelling in this field. The main debate is: whether yoga should be made compulsory in every school, counting on its benefits, or should it be made optional by not forcing people to opt for it against their will?
