One year of Mamata Banerjee's government in Bengal

It has been a year since the fiery Trinamool Congress chief walked to Kolkata's Writer's Building to take over as the West Bengal Chief Minister. Promising 'Paribartan' or change, Mamata Banerjee's coming to power ended 34 years of governance by the Left in the state. And 12 months at the helm have certainly ushered in 'Paribartan' in the state, but the jury is still out on whether it's a change for the worse or the better.
