The big bustling city of Bengaluru voted today. Bengaluru North, Bengaluru Central Bengaluru South, and the neighbouring seats of Bengaluru Rural and Chikballapur went to the polls - among the 14 seats in southern Karnataka which voted today. What were the issues that citizens considered important when they voted - and why does it seem that once again Bengaluru city's turnout was so much less than in other places?
