JPMorgan's Dimon, Sarkozy spar on role of regulators

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Jamie Dimon, the chief executive officer of JPMorgan Chase, sparred over financial regulation in Davos, after the US bank chief said he was concerned "bad policies" could impede economic recovery. Dimon, said that the G-20 nations should focus on jobs and growth and regulators must avoid implementing policies "out of anger."
