US stocks slide on Euro concerns, Greece still yet to sign deal

US stocks slid for the third day on disappointing data and worries about sovereign default in Europe. Also, US consumer spending stays flat in December as households save more although incomes were boosted the most in 9 months. In Europe, Greece's aid program won't be finalized because talks with banks over debt reduction aren't completed, and is likely to overshadow the EU summit.
