US jobless rate drops to 3-year low: but Wall Street is red

Dodge O Dorland, CMT, Chairman & Chief Investment Officer spoke to NDTV Profit on Nasdaq Live on US jobless rate dropping to a near three-year low of 8.5 per cent and addition of 200,000 jobs in December. Further stocks on Wall Street shrugged off the positive data and slide into the red as worries about Europe proved to be a spoilsport. Meanwhile, the ECB stepped into bond markets again to buy Spanish and Italian government debt after yields jump.
