Bernanke hints at another QE3, Wall Street rises

Federal Reserve Governor Ben Bernanke on Monday hinted at another round of QE3 to boost the US economy. As a result, the Dow Jones industrial average climbed 113 points to 13,194 just after noon EDT. The Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 14 points to 1,411, its highest level since May 2008. The Nasdaq composite rose 39 points to 3,107.
