As two of Jaipur's special women cells created to help victims of domestic violence have now been given to the Matrishakti Seva Dal - a wing of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, on India Matters we look at the recent politics in Rajasthan, and also look at this unique institution that brings the police, the civic administration and women's organisation to stop violence against women.
