In a landmark judgement, the Supreme Court has ordered the shutdown of a mobile phone tower in Gwalior after a plea by 42-year-old Harish Chand Tiwari. Mr Tiwari alleges exposure to harmful radiation from a mobile tower 50 metres from the house where he works as a domestic help led to Hodgkin's Lymphoma. While activists have been saying that radiation from these towers are harmful, the government maintains that there is no damage to humans from these towers as the radiations levels are very low. Tonight we ask, will this top court judgement set a precedent to other cases?
