Rice in India over Mumbai attacks

Amidst the escalating tension between India and Pakistan, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrives in Delhi on Wednesday for an overnight visit. Rice was asked by US President George W Bush to rush to India after the Mumbai terror attacks. She will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
