Reporters without Borders has come out in defence of Business Standard reporter Shreya Jai who was publicly ticked off by the ministry of power. The ministry questioned her reportage on coal imports by India in a tweet questioning her credibility, saying: "This refers to the tweet of one @shreya_jai - said to be a correspondent of Business Standard. The tweet displays an utter ignorance of the sector which she is reported to be covering." RSF has said that the Ministry should respect reporters as pillar of democracy.
