Rate hike to dampen demand: DLF

Rajeev Talwar, group executive director at DLF, says the RBI's rate hike move will have a dampening effect on demand in the real estate sector and for demand to rise there needs to be shift in strategies. V Vaidyanathan, VC and MD at Future Capital Holdings, don't expects banks to immediately raise the rates.
