It's touted as Millennium City and Cyber City with its futuristic buildings and glitzy flyovers and underpasses but just a few hours of heavy rain was enough to bring Gurugram to its knees. The images of a drowning city were the big trend online as outraged citizens asked why they were contributing 60 per cent to Haryana's exchequer if they couldn't even get basic amenities.
