Punjab is experiencing its worst floods since the year 1988. Several villages inundated fields swept away, lies lost. In Punjab's Gurdaspur, a woman drowned after she slipped and fell in an inundated area and was washed away by the floodwaters. A video capturing the frantic efforts, which is there on your screens at the moment shows two men trying to rescue the women. Kalvinderor was returning home from Gurudwara when she was swept away by strong currents of the flood water.
