A report titled – The Returns of Asset Classes- by CRE Matrix says – in seven out of last 10 years, at least one Real Estate asset class has surpassed the returns of the Sensex in that year. For everyone holding on to a real estate portfolio which has seen a tepid increase in real estate prices of the homes they own, this seems like a tall claim.
