Responding on a PIL , Supreme Court of India ebbed the  Central Govt to draft a 'Model Builder-Buyer Agreement' to safeguard the interests of the home buyer. The CJI to be DY Chandrachud is to hear the petition on November 28, sounding the importance of the bill. This has yet again put RERA under scrutiny and questioned the regulatory authority's efficacy. Is RERA doing enough to protect home buyers?
