Prayagraj Family Awaits Answers As Indian Sailor Remains Missing After Odesa Attack
The family of Ramchandra Dubey in Prayagraj is anxiously waiting for answers after he went missing at Ukraine's Odesa port when the vessel he was travelling on was struck on July 25 amid the Russia-Ukraine war. Two of the four Indian crew members have been confirmed safe, while the whereabouts of Dubey and another sailor remain unknown. The family says they last spoke to him a day before the reported attack.
