West Bengal Governor MK Narayanan has described the political culture of the Mamata Banerjee-ruled state as "a kind of goondaism" "This is not a good political culture. I think some sort of goondaism is going on here," Mr Narayanan said. The Governor's strong statement on Wednesday night was prompted by several incidents of violence involving political workers over the last few days.
